One of the most walkable and desirable areas of Santa Barbara, you are just a few block walk from West Beach, Stearn's Wharf, and right on the edge of the hippest area of Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone. The property is also conveniently located right across from the Train Station, making it extremely convenient for utilizing public transportation.

We like this apartment, it was very pleasant, comfortable and spacious for two people and our two small dogs. It has a nice kitchen and anything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. We can't think of anything that was lacking. We had no trouble checking in our out using the keyless entry.
The reserved parking in the back was very convenient, though we could have parked on the street if we wanted to, there was always parking space available on the street. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and is walkable, with groceries, liquor stores and restaurants nearby. It is also very close to the Amtrak station. You could take the train to S.B and easily walk to Christopher's place if you like. Though it was near the train station, we were not disturbed by the sound of the trains.
Thanks Christopher! We like the apartment and would like to come back sometime.

Christopher’s place was perfect for us. The apartment was walking distance from the beach, and there were a few restaurants and bars on our same block. The location could not be beat. The apartment had everything we needed for two and Christopher was very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you Christopher!

Great walkable location, perfect for what we needed. The photos didn’t show the current couch in the living room, which is much larger and perfect to sleep another 1-2 people.
